Tiana is a passionate and dedicated family lawyer having worked solidly in the area since 2001. In 2003 Tiana completed a double degree in Law and Creative Arts at the University Of Wollongong. In 2004 Tiana completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and in this same year was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.

Tiana specialises in all areas of family and de facto relationship law including property and parenting disputes, spousal maintenance and Child Support Agreements. As an Independent Children’s Lawyer, Tiana also represents children in sensitive parenting cases involving serious allegations of family violence, risk and abuse having completed the national training program in 2010. In additional to her specialty area of family law, Tiana has extensive experience in many other areas of law including probate, contested estates and criminal law.

At the age of 24 years Tiana was quite possibly the youngest female solicitor to become a partner of a law firm in the Illawarra. Tiana is a founding partner of Rossi Simicic Lawyers, which is the Illawarra’s only all-female partnered law firm.

A strategic thinker, Tiana prides herself on providing astute legal advice and achieving a commercially sound outcome for her clients, be that by negotiation or litigation.

In the annual Doyle’s Guide to the Legal Profession, Tiana is consistently rated by her peers as a Recommended and Leading Family Lawyer within NSW.

A mother of two young children and Pilates enthusiast, Tiana is a self-confessed shopaholic and foodie. Tiana is also a creative and has the degree to prove it!
